DMI Healths is a registered non-profit organisation committed to supporting adults aged 18 and above. We recognise that every individual brings their own needs, abilities, interests and aspirations. Our role is to provide dependable support while helping each person remain at the centre of decisions about their life.
We create personalised care plans in partnership with each resident, their family and the professionals they trust. These plans are built around practical daily needs, personal goals, health and wellbeing, communication preferences and the routines that help a person feel secure and at home. We review support regularly so it can grow and change as needs, choices and ambitions evolve.
At DMI Healths, care is about more than assistance. It is about encouraging independence, building confidence, nurturing meaningful relationships and creating opportunities to participate in everyday community life.
